Accounts and game records

WorkOS handles account authentication. Fraud Attacks stores your account email, name, policy agreements, and email choices. Game records include your nickname, answers, decision times, and scores.

Who can see results

Company games show nicknames and scores on the room leaderboard. The organizer can review and export that room's results. Personal leaderboard entries and shared score links show your nickname and game result.

Email

Brevo stores completed account contacts and a separate list of reminder subscribers. You can request reminders without an account. Account creation alone does not subscribe you to reminders. You can unsubscribe through the link in a reminder email. Event requests are saved and sent to our events inbox.

Cookies and analytics

Session cookies support sign-in and returning to a game. The app uses browser storage to retain game progress during connection failures. On the public site, Umami provides cookie-free analytics. PostHog uses cookie-free analytics before consent and after rejection; accepting analytics enables its cookies. You can change your choice with Cookie settings.
